You wouldn’t think you would have to put this into law. It should be a given. We are not sending payments to non citizens in, say, Honduras are we?
While I agree, that $1,400.00 fine would be seen as some sort
of payment, and a could would likely see it as terms of
naturalization.

I'd prefer a Go Fund Me effort by the liberals who are concerned about this in the first place. I know the country is funding all of this nonsense with increases in the imaginary number that the National Debt has become, but at some point our leadership needs to start thinking about how to control spending on the other side of whatever cataclysmic event replaces the national debt at some point in the future.

If they delay the average American’s $1,400 checks any longer, inflation will make it worth $50. Gasoline itself will take a few dollars more since last month.
