Whenever an organization (Scouts, religious groups, priesthood) gathers young people together for any reason, rest assured the PERVERTS will begin to circle like vultures trying to see how to get to the kids.
It often means joining the organization, then working your way into a position of power. When they are successful at attacking the kids, it somehow is the organization’s fault for not stopping it.
