I mean, if they know that, then they are allowing a false narrative to perpetuate itself, even through the course of a sham impeachment. If this is so, it doesn't reflect well on the FBI.
The only thing that takes this long is the toxicology.

Yeah, well neither do Waco, Ruby Ridge, Lavoy Finicum, the Bundy family and a host of other flagrant and violent abuses of the rights of the people.
It doesn't fit the narrative that the Democrats, and the swamp want out there. They, the media, and big tech are perfectly fine with letting the truth go untold.
I saw a Tucker Carlson video that claimed Sicknick's brother said Brian had texted him about 6:30 p.m. on January 6th, and told him that he'd been pepper sprayed three times, but was okay. Of course the FBI arrested a musician named Jon Schaffer for using "bear spray" on police officers. They're probably going to try to pin Sicknick's death on this "bear spray," never even taking into consideration that his death could have been caused by the pepper spray the police themselves were using on the people that day.
The FBI hasn’t reflected well on the FBI at least since Whitey Bulger, Ruby Ridge, and Waco.
