Well I have to say I've heard and seen plenty of women just as flirtatious and ‘invite’ this form of attention. Especially younger women who think it' ok to "joke" around with their bosses.

Cuomo violated his own state’s Sexual Harassment Policy. We are mandated to take the NY training and pass a test every year. Obviously he believes he is above following the laws his government put in place.
