He failed the roadside sobriety test. So, whatever he was on didn't show up in the blood alcohol test.
He was also charged with drinking in a closed area and wreakless driving. Just throw dwi for a bonus to explain it. The other think is he aint a boss when it comes to drinking. Could be a serious lightweight.
