I guess you are right. I think your explanation that we buy often makes sense.
The circa 1971 house across the lake from us with a Lakeview went up for sale last weekend for $205,000 as is not updated. A bidding war ensued and it sold two days later for $250,000. We own on the lake and my Mom’s house across the street from us. We are remodelling both for sale and heading to the mountains. Its crazy in the Atlantic burbs because all the new housing is $350,000 and up.
