MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell says he expects to lose $65 million in pillow revenue this year because of retailer boycotts over his claims that the 2020 US election was rigged.
That projection, Lindell told Insider in an interview Monday after being served with a defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems seeking $1.3 billion in damages, is evidence he isn't pushing election-fraud claims for the money.
"I lost 20 retailers, and it's cost me $65 million this year that I won't get back, OK?" Lindell told Insider. "There's your story. Print it right. Don't try and twist this."
The 121-page lawsuit alleges the pillow mogul used conspiracy theories about the election to turbocharge sales for his company, using conspiratorial phrases as discount codes and placing expensive advertisements with like-minded media outlets.
"Lindell — a talented salesman and former professional card counter — sells the lie to this day because the lie sells pillows," Tom Clare, the defamation attorney representing Dominion Voting Systems, wrote in the lawsuit.

I don’t see where Dominion has been harmed....so I don’t see the suit against Mike as succeeding. It’s not like Mike has been the only one questioning Dominion’s roll in the election.
If I wasn’t completely hooked (for 15 plus years) to the down pillows/blankets, etc from Pacific Coast Down, I’d buy one from him.
Obvious a problem that companies are sooooo political and can do harm to anyone they please with no reprecussions.
Anyone who’s visible and close to Trump and supports him is a target they will go after their financial stability.
There’s a reason the state of Texas wouldn’t bother machines. Obviously there were concerns.
Buy a few anyway and give as gifts
I buy a lot of pillows and blankets from Mike and give them out as gifts, a true patriot. It’s outrageous to me how a career felon who is above the law like Hillary Clinton can merely claim without ANY evidence that Trump won 2016 by colluding with the Russians and THAT gets a 3 year investigation. But the 2020 election where we have mountains of evidence of laws being changed, thousands of witness affidavits, evidence of machine tampering, all that gets thrown right out the window even by SCOTUS which even stunned Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. The fix is in, domestic enemies are stealing our rights and our country right from under our noses and I thank God we at least have people like Lindell willing to lose everything in this fight and this illegal occupation.
There’s lots of stuff that he sells besides pillows. I placed an order yesterday for stuff I really didn’t need but wanted to support him.
I think Fedex is slow rolling packages from My Pillow in their delivery system.
I order some products from another company and My Pillow. Both packages arrived at Osseo, Mn location at the same time on Feb 18th.
I received one package from the other company yesterday. The My Pillow package is still sitting at the Osseo, Mn location.
Starting to wonder if Fedex is a Union company.
I just bought a couple dog beds and a pair of pajamas. Dog beds are great Havens received their pajamas her. Dinesh D’Sousa has a pair.
And Lindell is not the only one who has been sued. Giuliani, Powell, Wood, all have been on the receiving end of billion dollar lawsuits.
As for Lindell, if he really thinks he has a smoking gun on Dominion then he'll have a chance to show it in court.
The same can be said for both sides of this lawsuit.
Should have stuck with selling pillows instead of getting involved in politics

He should use the David Hogg strategy: Start your own voting machine company and drive Dominion clear out of business!
Why, with his unique experience he could develope a voting system by which you can win elections in your sleep!
I would buy his pillows except I heard from conservatives that his pillows are not that good.
I just bought two queen-sized pillows a year ago, and they’re very good.
