I fail to see why any employer would not embrace work from home where possible.
It’s simple...... many will not actually work at home. They lack the discipline required to control their inherent laziness
You’ll never get near the productivity from work at home workers. People take off, go shopping, go to the beach. Etc There’s no connectivity to others in your work group.
It shows that middle managers are useless.
It’s been almost a year now that I’ve been working from home - my company has said that they found it to be more productive and the employees love it. So why not? A lot of our business can’t be WFH, though.
Plus I’m 30 weeks pregnant and the flexibility this allows me is tremendous, and I’ll be working from home indefinitely.. between my husband and I we won’t have to fork over all that $$$ for daycare.
