I think this is about whether they will hear them or not. And my gut says they will say the cases are moot.

He NEVER will retract that claim. It’s NOT over. They need to resign themselves to this reality.
This is the next act in the Kabuki Theater production of "Integrity in U.S. Elections" where the Uniparty does their song and dance routine to sell the lie that votes matter.
The Uniparty proved in 2020 that they could rig an election in broad daylight with impunity and now have to pretend it didn't happen because they can't afford to have people (and corporations) walk away from government now that they know votes don't matter.
We are in a post electoral nation and the Uniparty needs to limit how much the government will be treated as the Third World government that it is: payments up front, third party collateral, lowered bond ratings, transactions done in currencies other than the Dollar, etc.
What good is it now?
So the Supreme Court can get some needed cover, that they heard the cases, [and because Trump actually won], these 2020 cases are outside S Ct jurisdiction, and the plaintiffs had the opportunity to take them to the states for resolution, but they did not follow the right procedure. Therefore, S Ct will not rule on the merits.
This leaves options open for the S Ct to jump right in and claim jurisdiction - should the fraud and rigging machinery unexpectedly breakdown in the future, the demonkkkraps shall be allowed to claim without evidence that there was election fraud due to racist GOP suppression of minority (non-white) votes - and the Supremes will take away the electoral victory from the GOP and give it to the kkkraps.
I’m guessing that at this point, based on past rulings by the SC- that they are only going to do this to ‘legitimize the steal’ so the left can say “See? Even the Supreme Court realized the election was fair”
I hope I’m wrong- I pray I’m wrong- May justice actually prevail.
It’ll turn the fake news/dnc narrative on its head, and embolden Republicans to oppose Joseph Stolen’s mis-rule. Revenge is always a thing, even when there’s no immediate hope.
