The law abiding, hard working black Americans are still voting Democrat are they not?

Most of that 12.7% are law-abiding, hard-working, honest citizens who view themselves as equals in society.

Black males aged 15-45 make up what, 3 or 4 % of the total population?

According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, black offenders committed 52 per cent of homicides recorded in the data between 1980 and 2008. Good luck finding such accurate statistics for later years!
