I honestly don’t understand all the terminology but I do understand the basic premise. I suspect that there is a huge amount of additional data gathered that is quite important that many of us would not understand. I work with a few computer geeks and when they start talking my eyes glass over and I’m hopelessly lost in about 30 seconds.

I don't mistrust the earlier portions of the doc, but I did think they were a little soft. I like this kind of hard data much more. And yes, this kind of info does lose a lot of people, but I do think they get the sense it is authoritative...
