Posted on 02/06/2021 1:29:00 PM PST by Art-Diver
The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday scheduled several high-profile contest-of-election lawsuits, including ones brought by attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, and the Trump campaign, for consideration at its Feb. 19 conference.
According to a case listing, the lawsuits include Sidney Powellâs Michigan case (20-815), the Trump campaignâs Pennsylvania lawsuit (20-845) and Wisconsin lawsuit (20-882), the Pennsylvania lawsuit brought by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) (20-810), and Lin Woodâs Georgia case (20-799).
No standing. You should have filed before the election. The courts have no jurisdiction. It’s actually a tax. It wasn’t me. The dog ate it. Etc.
The nation does not have a problem with a lack of election laws. We have a problem with the enforcement of the existing laws.
If you disagree, answer me this simple question. Why has no one been arrested for violating the existing election laws?
Too little, too late.
We have an election "day," not an election "days" or "weeks" or "months.'
"At midnight on the evening of November 3, and as illustrated in Table 1, President Trump was ahead by more than 110,000 votes in Wisconsin and more than 290,000 votes in Michigan. In Georgia, his lead was a whopping 356,945; and he led in Pennsylvania by more than half a million votes. By December 7, however, these wide Trump leads would turn into razor thin Biden leads – 11,779 votes in Georgia, 20,682 votes in Wisconsin, 81,660 votes in Pennsylvania, and 154,188 votes in Michigan."
SCOTUS 9-0: Election Day Is One Single Day. Listen to oral argument from Foster v. Love (1997)
The court held in the main text of their ruling:
"By establishing a particular day as "the day" on which these actions must take place, the statutes simply regulate the time of the [522 U.S. 72] election, a matter on which the Constitution explicitly gives Congress the final say."
"The Day" this last election was...
That's..."the day" the election was supposed to be "consummated" or finished (i.e. results tabulated & known). Not before Nov 3. Not after Nov 3.
Not finished early like LA tried and got slammed in this decision...Not finished Oct 1, Not finished Oct 30, Not finished Nov 4, Not finished Nov 15th, Not Dec 1st.
Questions regarding "early voting," which is legal, are answered in post #16.
Awesome. Then Trump can move back in to the white house. /S
They don't even need to go that far. If six justices vote against it in conference then it dies in conference.
We’ll see what happens. Shame that the chief justice is a trojan horse placed by a new world order proponent.
The supreme kangaroo court of the largest banana republic on earth. Please give john roberts a quarter and tell him to call someone who gives a $hit what these clowns say.
The good surpreme courts justice is Thomas. The rest are garbage. That induces Trump’s new picks. Yellow bellied lawless cowards is what they are. The really proved that when they struck down Texas(And 20 states) against PA. Claiming they had no standing was as direct a violation of the constitution as there could ever be. The entire justice system is now corrupt.
Only need four.
Horse barn door.🙄
.....It’s reported that Roberts and his Chinese Communist Party contact are alone in a remote wilderness northeast of Nome, Alaska. A decision on SC verdicts in pending SC cases is imminent.
Exactly - it'll probably sound like Jake, in The Blues Brothers:
I ran outta gas! I had a flat tire! I didn’t have enough money for cab fare! My tux didn’t come back from the cleaners! An old friend came in from outta town! Someone stole my car! There was an earthquake, a terrible flood, locust’s - it wasn’t my fault!!!
