The article doesn’t address women, but the equity rules cause problems here as well. If you are able to produce half of those that pass the CPA exam being women, but some later drop out because they want to become full time mothers and/or work part time then should half of the CPA partners still be women? If you desire a 50/50 CPA partner split, maybe you need a 70/30 split of those who pass the CPA exam? Or do you not allow women who pass the CPA exam to drop out or work part time.

Not wo worry about such details. A massive new government agency will be created to issue regulations to cover everything. It will even monitor every aspect of work life to ensure equity, comrade. The state will take care of it all.
