PALM BEACH, Florida – U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, a medical doctor by profession, made an unnerving prediction about masks on Wednesday, saying mandates to wear facial coverings are never going away as long as the political left is in charge.
"They will never relent. These people are never gonna let you not wear a mask," the Kentucky Republican told Todd Herman, the fill-in host on Rush Limbaugh's national broadcast.
"I promise you, you will never get out from the mask because they're saying that even after all are vaccinated, we don't know, you still might catch it a little bit, you still might transmit it, even after everybody's vaccinated. So don't listen to these people.
"The mask mandates have not worked, none of the mandates have worked," Paul added, referring to government strategies during the coronavirus pandemic.
"There's study after study after study that show that when you put in place these mandates, guess what, the incidents of the infection kept rising. Even [President] Biden admitted this the other day. The trajectory of the virus has been unaffected by anything we've done so far. Our only hope of changing the trajectory is a vaccine, but it should be voluntary."
An incredulous Herman noted, "The masks ain't going away. ... The technocrats don't want to give up control."
Paul also blasted the absurdity of the Congress' second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump, who is now a private citizen.

Why did Rand decide Trump incited a riot in the Capitol with absolutely NO EVIDENCE??
I did the opposite. Wife and I enjoyed a 7 day cruise ending on February 29th, we go to dine out every week, I shop at Walmart, Lowe’s and Aldi among other stores, and have visited the Gym 70+ times since February 29. Still fit as a fiddle with not even a cold in 2020. Not bad for a 80 year old fart.
Because if Trump had not asked for a big crowd in DC on January 6th, Pelosi would not have needed to run to the shelter leaving her office unlocked and her laptop stolen.
If more than two white people are found together in one place, that is an insurrection....
That is not even close to evidence of inciting a riot. Trump said nothing to incite a riot and what is said is a key element to inciting a riot. NO EVIDENCE. Once again, false Leftist charges to which the Right and Rand acquiesced.
As with the first, absolutely no probable cause for this false and illegal impeachment (formal accusation).
We need non-politician Patriots waiting in the wings. I hope they are there.

Trump’s people came from all over.. to the capitol.. it was peaceful and well meaning. The dems never let an opportunity go to waste and they will use any avenue.. this time they used the rioters.. they were not Trump’s people... they were dem’s chance...
All through Trump’s time in office, there are those who ought to be in prison for the damage they have done. I get it that they don’t like him. do you get it that I can’t stand obama? There is one thing that you have forgotten and don’t care... it is the good Trump did for the country and for the people who make this country what it is. It sure isn’t the gov in Washington DC. they are trying to send us into world government,, into a world of hate and control.
We can’t sit and do nothing,,,just talking about it is not going to work, the march on washington and the riots might have caused the people out here to think..not again. but we can’t do nothing.. the dems are heading into making our lives impossible... in the first week, he has wrecked many lives by slashing jobs.
at the least, they should know the number of people out here who are angry enough to fight this...

The 100 rallies were all before the election. There was positive mood in and optimism in the crowds. On January 6th, Trump supporters were pissed due to cheating and fraud in election and the GOP did nothing to fight the fraud. When you accumulate 100,000 people in sour mood, and tell them to fight on, it is an explosive situation. Very easy for the big crowd to resort to mob rule. That is what happened.
Of course Trump did not tell them to break down barriers and invade the Capitol building. But like I said a 100,000+ crowd in sour mood is a ticking bomb. During his speech BEFORE the Capitol invasion, Trump should have specifically said in his speech to not break any laws or invade the Capitol building by force. He just assumed his followers would be peaceful.
Only after the Capitol invasion incident Trump gave a speech asking the people to go home and be peaceful.
But, but, but, the ELF (Fauci) says if you wear two masks you’ll be saved!!!

Here you can not perform any bank transactions in person without wearing a mask. Nor go to any job interviews. They refuse to meet with you. See a doctor or going to a hospital is also impossible without a mask.
So how do you get by refusing to wear a mask?
I try as much I can to refuse but.... I also will not accept any vaccination for this common cold.
Yeah, that’s Rand challenging the constitutionality of former President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial itself, but he favored the impeachment where there was no probable cause or evince that Trump did anything to incite a riot.
Again, I think Rand has been in the D.C. Beltway Bubble too long. He’s one of the best of the bunch , but we need Non-Politician Patriots in there now.
