Let PR in and us (TX) out.
That way they can keep the same US flag.
If Texas had no standing in the process of the States following the rules to select the President at the SC (one of it’s specific duties IS disputes between the various States) then no State or branch of the Federal Government has any standing to prevent the State of Texas from leaving the union in which Texas has zero representation.
We are not “subjects” of the Federal Government and if the other states are allowed to violate their own codified laws by the Federal Government, then the the laws of that federal government are meaningless to The State of Texas.
.
The decision of Texas or any other state to secede should be based on righteous indignation at being forced to live under the bootheels of a criminal tyranny instantiated by an illegitimate fraudulent electoral outcome, not because of what the criminal pperpetrators of the fraud want or don’t want. Texans should say to the US junta “It’s not my crcus. It’s not my monkeys.”
I don’t know. If there was a large TEXIT groundswell, it would be difficult to ignore.
Wow. Almost 160 years to the day. Hey dude. It didn’t work out the first time. Probably won’t the second time either.
I believe the object here is to not only get Texans thinking about secession, but people in those other states as well.
Why do you want Texas to secede? From what? Yah, we could be own own nation, but why? Just cuz we can? What good would it do? How would we let people in to the new nation? Do we force everyone to have passports to enter? Do you have any idea how our borders will have to be constructed and the walls that will have to go up between Texas and Oklahoma and Texas and Louisiana and Texas and New Mexico and Texas and Arkansas and Texas and Colorado? How are truckers going to like having to bypass Texas for whatever reason when they are trying to get from Florida to California?
Secession is a real sexy idea but it would never work.
