Yes, the guy wasn’t swamp material, so the swamp spits him out. It’s easy when the swamp is in control. Trump didn’t have that luxury. The swamp essentially limited who Trump could appoint. Not only did he have to fill appointments with people who had qualifications, but also all of the ones who were qualified already had swamp affiliations. And many were plants by the deepstate, ones who appeared to have the same goals as Trump, but were actually part of the plot against him. I’m sure many of Trumps conservative critics would’ve been much more successful.
