If lockdowns even remotely worked, California would be in a better position. One thing we haven’t looked at-— the virus is being re-released deliberately as a biological attack.
Once everyone is exposed, herd immunity will be fully kicked in. They can “re-release” it all they want.
All the places are closed in California so you just go to your friends house and spread the virus there.
