Charges against Mr. Bundy and other key defendants tossed out with a mistrial over gross misconduct by the federal prosecutors who withheld evidence proving their innocence.
Jerry Delemus got talked into a plea deal and the judge slapped an 87 month sentence on him.
Jerry’s been in jail two months short of five years now.
If anyone deserves a pardon its him.
