I think you are partially right.

It appears the article has him saying some alarming things on his web site, but praying was not a crime, and talking sh!t on a web site does not constitute conspiracy to commit a crime without an overt act. The only blood that ran out of the building on 6 January was from the two female victims of the Capitol Police, one shot dead, the other beaten to death.
