“How in the hell is that legal???”
Easy, we are no longer a nation of laws.

Yep, actually they can do that. Didn’t think during litigation, but each state might have it’s own law.

Legal?

What does that have to do with it?

How in the hell is that legal???

I would imagine that the state is claiming the money to pay the fines levied.

Same thing was done out in Oregon maybe 7 years ago to the owners of a bakery that wouldn’t make a lesbian wedding cake. Family with four children. State shut down the woman's bakery, confiscated their money, husband lost his job and was since working as a garbageman.

It’s not. But legality does not matter to Rats. And they wonder why our side raided the Capitol.

Most likely, outstanding fines were turned into a judgment and the judgment was used to take the assets.

Who writes the laws? There’s your answer.

This man is a true fighter, not just a keyboard warrior.

How in the hell is that legal???.

It almost certainly isn't.

It does, however, serve as the model for how Kamala Harris and Stacy will not need to go door-to-door to confiscate weapons.

There’s a civil cause of action called Replevin. I understand that under Replevin you can get treble damages against somebody who illegally seizes your property. No experience with it. It doesn’t happen much, but this sounds like textbook Replevin, as well as Conversion, whatever that is.
