Sure looks like evidence of antifa conspiracy to incite a riot to me.
It might be conspiracy, or it might just be an individual extremist who wants to be where the action is. I imagine there are extreme leftists and extreme rightists for whom being part of the action is more a draw than the ideology. I once asked my son who has years in Special Forces what drew people into those kinds of service units. He said it is about 1/3 people who just want to be part of the mission, 1/3 who want to get their ticket punched for higher command, and 1/3 crazies who get off on the action and violence.
