An FBI agent has claimed in a sworn affidavit that a progressive activist was participating in the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, taking an active role in the chaos that unfolded that day rather than merely being present to document the riot as he earlier claimed.
John Sullivan, an anti-Trump activist from Utah, told Just the News last week that he had been present at the riot, including inside the Capitol, "specifically [as] a journalist, just to record the events that were going down."
Yet FBI agent Matthew Foulger alleged in an affidavit on Wednesday that, rather than merely act as a journalist during the riots, Sullivan "knowingly and willfully joined a crowd of individuals who forcibly entered the U.S. Capitol and impeded, disrupted, and disturbed the orderly conduct of business by the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate."

Foulger in the affidavit said that footage taken by Sullivan at the riot shows the activist accompanying and cheering on the rioting crowd by saying things such as “Let’s go. This shit is ours!” and “Let’s burn this shit down.”
The FBI agent suggested Sullivan be charged with obstruction of law enforcement, unlawful entry, disorderly conduct and several other crimes.
Sullivan did not immediately respond to a query from Just the News on Thursday about the affidavit and whether he has yet been charged with any crime.

Standard issue charges for all those that were involved, have been identified and will be identified.

It’s going to be a little hard for CNN and MSNBC to ignore it, because they both brought this guy on and treated him as royalty as he spun tales about the terrible “Trump supporters” he witnessed, while he was just an innocent “witness.”
Getting bailed out is not the expense. Some of the arrested have been released on ROR.
It is going to get very expensive for all of them when the lawyer bills start piling up.
Compounding the matter, they are going to need DC lawyers. Those guys do not come cheap.
