Snapchat is ghosting President Trump.

The messaging app banned the president’s account on Wednesday, joining other tech firms who have moved to curb Trump’s posting since a mob of his supporters breached the US Capitol last week.

Snapchat said it decided to indefinitely suspend the account “in the interest of public safety, and based on his attempts to spread misinformation, hate speech, and incite violence.”

I’d sue for slander.

It’s knowing bs.

And they are not the media, so there is no public figure lower bar

But where does it stop and when do we start to care? It’s happening with companies all over now. First it was Good Year tires, then people said who cares, I don’t buy goodyear. Then it was Google, then people said who cares buy Apple. Then it was Apple. Then Twitter. Then they said at least FB wasn’t like Twitter. Now it’s Twitter. Amazon! A whole bunch of banks. Walmart. etc. Pretty soon we won’t be able to conduct ourselves anywhere. When do we start to care?

Oh, I’m not denying the extent of the problem. The left-wing takeover of corporations is a disaster for this nation and Big Tech’s monopolization of digital communication is a serious threat to free speech. I’m just saying that Snapchat is ridiculous.

I’d be with you on not caring once in a while, but it is becoming overwhelming. Every day. A different company. Multiple companies. Every industry. Trump or Trump supporters. It’s got to stop.

Article on it. He started using it in 2017.
https://mashable.com/2017/01/20/donald-trump-snapchat/

“Trump, the new president of the United States, took to Snapchat to share two videos of his drive from the White House to the inauguration ceremony.

While his opponents were busy snapping away during campaign season in an effort to drum up millennial support — even Bernie Sanders joined “Snapshot” — Trump stuck to Twitter to post 140-character statements and call out media companies.

Twitter just isn’t enough. President Trump takes to Snapchat.

IMAGE: SNAPCHAT SCREENSHOTS

Now, Trump seems to have taken a liking to the disappearing photo and video app.

The Trump campaign wasn’t completely naive to Snapchat. For example, they purchased a nationwide custom Snapchat filter for the first presidential debate.

These videos also were included in the story curated by Snapchat for Inauguration Day.

Trump’s account is categorized as an official story, meaning that the account is verified by Snapchat.”

My question is how long do tye few, that care commit to their principles. How many times will we ask when someone will step up and invest money in conservative alternatives. To glenn becks credit, he made that commitment. What did he get in return?
