My previous dealings with a realtor resulted in them convincing me to accept a flipper’s low ball offer while they were simultaneously selling it for the flipper before we even closed.
I sued, they settled ... but not enough to cover what I could have made if they had truly represented me.

There needs to be a push at the state level to ban this type of speech control by corporations and trade groups. It will not be done at the federal level. This is just punishment without a jury trial.
Fiancé who works for a sizable bank comes home telling me about an email that went to all employees wanting (but not requiring) everyone to sign off stating they will watch a video on “unconscious biases” and focus on “inclusion” in their actions and speech.
Their “goal is 100% participation” but it is a “personal commitment and a personal choice”.
She chooses to prevent them from reaching their 100% goal. She says she isn’t signing it mainly because she doesn’t understand all the fancy bullshit language in the email.

Buy and sell yourselves. Just get the contract forms from title offices and fill out the parts that you want in contracts. Well, yes, there’s some learning curve, but what is freedom worth? You can have a lawyer review a contract before signing, if you need to do that.
