There is no way even for “them” to even know if it’s all the information. The CIA itself must be highly compartmentalized.
You’re missing the point. Parse the words carefully, as they do, and note the use of the word “unidentified”... ?
So, they’ve given you everything on the stuff they don’t know anything about... and who really cares about any of what the Agency DOESN’T KNOW... instead of what they do ?
