A TRO would seek to preserve the status quo, e.g. Parler continues with access and since Parler is paying Amazon it costs Amazon nothing. So it will likely be denied. Because.

Federal Court response: “Sorry, you have no standing, and besides you waited too long to file, so you know, latches...”

Good. Many businesses are built on Amazon web services so they are all at risk. That said, AWS isn't the only alternative so Amazon will surely argue that they can't comprise a trust if there is competition on the open market. But their action to actually shut down a business capriciously argues against the just being an honest broker in an open market I'd think.
But I'm neither a lawyer or a tech billionaire so what do I know?

This might work for the current contract breach. But Amazon has demonstrated that they have no interest in entering into a subsequent contract. Thus, this could provide temporary relief.

Will Parler have standing? I’m glad they did this, though I think it has no chance of success. The time for voting and filing lawsuits has passed. The time to split things up is here.

This is where we find out if all those Trump appointments to the ninth circuit did any good.

I will take that bet.
Parler will win this. In the end, this attempt at suppression and cancellation will be the best thing that ever happened to Parler.
Massive publicity for rapid growth with a big infusion of cash from a settlement to pay for it all.
What is the legal argument of Amazon and others? Look at some of the websites they host.....

Good first move. I doubt it works but it does keep the issue in public.

If we were still America they would win.
That ship has sailed.
