Patrick Byrne published a Twitter thread on Monday making two really shocking claims: First, he says that a legitimate ballot-printing shop in Michigan was printing excess ballots for fraudulent purposes – and there’s documented evidence proving it. Second, he says that there’s now evidence that Georgia had faked ballots from China and was busy shredding them. I have no idea if any of these latest assertions are true, but I do have footage of Georgia’s Voting System Implementation Manager rebuffing the second claim. Since the truth is still unknowable for all of us, we can call this post “I report and you decide.”
I’ll start with Byrne’s claim about the fake ballots from a Michigan print shop, because Byrne claims that there’s documentary evidence, including affidavits, that prove this assertion. Here’s his story:
A printing shop in Michigan prints ballots for Delaware County, Pennsylvania and as Lancashire County, Pennsylvania (this is normal). But along with the ballots it prints on contract and delivers to those counties, it prints some ballots that get diverted to Bethpage, New York.— Patrick Byrne (@PatrickByrne) January 4, 2021

Of course, the operative word is “if.” We’ve had lots of promises so far, but while there’ve been strong intimations of fraud, we’re still looking for that smoking gun. (Although, as noted here, the vanishing votes may be the smoking gun.) I anxiously await solid proof about this Michigan print shop.

I thought I saw a post by some one that said they have had the place the ballots were being kept under video. In one county there was supposed to be a audit of the ballots and they were coming in with shredding trucks. Never heard anything after that.
Hmmm. Guess I need to go to Overstock and see if they have an ballots still available to purchase.

Finally doing audit on actual ballot counts and maybe mailings? We know that approx. 1/3 of the ballots mailed did not get returned in Delaware county PA. I have the list. Was the back room in Chester where they just filled a bunch out while restricting access with no poll watchers allowed. hummmm. Pat Toomey what say you?

I don’t think Byrne is the CEO of Overstock any longer. He resigned in August 2019.
He’s not wrong.
The normal “adjudication” rate for the last two elections prior to this one was about 2%. Adjudication is the process by which the machine cannot read the ballot and it is sent to human beings to determine the voter’s intent. And they vote for that voter. In Fulton County, GA the adjudication rate was over 93% for this election. The election official says this, not me. Everyone who has not watched this, should do so:

I watched this last night with a lawyer who does some election law stuff. Even she was shocked. Different general election ballots for D vs R. The R ballots set up in such a way as to be spit out by the machine, therefore adjudication. Barcode on R ballots but not on D ballots.
This is from the guy that invented barcodes and holds the patent on them.
Why spend days “shredding” bogus ballots when a gallon of diesel and a match will do the job far more quickly?
Haven’t heard anything about Pulitzer for a few days... not since a member on his team reported shots fired at his house.
More allegations....and still no hard evidence to show us. This guy seems to be of a conspiracy type. There are lots of those out there.

Um... the courts locked up the hard evidence. Right?
Why would this guy, a retailer, have all this clandestine information?
