During a Thursday appearance on FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) weighed in on the standoff over the stimulus check amount sent out to individuals in the latest coronavirus relief bill. President Donald Trump and some in the GOP are pushing for the checks to be $2,000, but others want the amount to be $600, which was agreed upon initially.
Graham said he is “with the president” on the check amount but acknowledged getting a vote by January 3 is not possible. He urged Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to hold a standalone vote on increasing the payout, saying it would likely pass.

I don’t believe a word Graham says. He’s a political chameleon.
I think that, in addition to playing both side of the fence, he is also a Trump handler.
I’ve read expect a $600 check immediately (mine is pending deposit in my checking for 1/04/2021) and if the $2000 passes there will be a $1400 follow up deposit.
Will that happen? Dunno.

With the GA Senate Runoff’s in the balance and 80% of the voters supporting the $2000 Bill, I have a hard time understanding McConnell’s logic in playing these games that may kill it. I also don’t know why President trump isn’t coming down on McConnell for not taking the $2000 Bill to a stand alone vote. There has to be something we don’t know in the making. Stay Tuned!

The reason we pay taxes is so emotionally needy politicians can give money away to countries that are ‘grateful’ and will buy their books and speeches... Having two or three mansions makes our politicians ‘feel’ better.
We also pay taxes so elites can get more...and more and more... so they can donate money to politicians who will make sure they continue getting more and more and more...
It is easy for LG to be DJT on something he knows MM is torpedoing anyway.
