Scientists are scrambling to determine if the Chinese coronavirus’s new variant will worsen the pandemic.
Health officials documented the first case in the U.S. in Colorado, the state’s Gov. Jared Polis announced Tuesday.
In Los Angeles, public health officials are concerned the mutant strain may already be fueling a surge in infections there.
Despite implementing the strictest lockdown and mask mandates in the country, California, the most populous state in America, is now the epicenter for the worst coronavirus spread in the United States, overwhelming hospitals and killing more people each day.

It is my understanding that viruses always mutate. They are acting like this has never happened before.
So more lockdowns, more vaccines?
At some point, they will throw in the global warming lockdowns for good measure.

So a virus that is 99.8% survivable in its origin a l format becomes even less deadly because of mutations, and we panic?
How survivable will this new mutated virus be? 99.93%? More?
Next hazmat suits will be mandated for a virus that practically everyone will survive,

Passed from the virus, but really, if this virus mutation is less deadly, then maybe even the e.derly will survive it much better since 99.4% already survive the current origi al. Virus?
Naaa... we’re in for another year of conditioning by the media and the politicians. Expect hundreds of thousands of threads like this one in the coming year. People just can’t get enough of Covid drama.
Every flu death is blaimed on China virus.....or worse....hospitals get federal money for China virus...surprise ,surprise...more China virus!!!

Covid is the great equalizer, for people who are dysfunctional and willingly unaccomplished. With covid-19 everyone becomes unachieving by force of government.
If one had no life or purpose before the Wuhan Red Death, well now you can be a hero by being a victim.
Control freaks are hoping for more excuses.
Chicoms in wuhan are high fiving each other as their pet project finally mutated far enough away to now be known as the “UK virus”.
The vaccine is here and people are now questioning the need for masks and lockdowns so of course we need a new panic. Expect the media to make this to be 50 times worse than the original strain and that even more draconian measures are needed. Of course Trump to be in some way blamed.
