CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Police Department has blocked off several streets downtown after an RV with its engine running was reported to authorities.

Police officers are at the scene near the Federal Building on 6th Street to investigate after the RV was reported to them by security.

I’m thinking perhaps we watch for vehicles near other provider facilities and data centers. Not too big of a stretch to do something similar in front of a few others and knock out all cell, landline and 911 services. Knock out the power and the natural gas so emergency generators don’t start and mission accomplished.

Actually it’s all true. I was hearing outages were widespread earlier today. Nationwide outages was misinformation. Outages are in the mid-south. I know many people personally who haven’t had cell service all day, have no internet and TV is offline. My parents landline is only working on and off. The list of 911 outages are in this thread. All flights canceled at BNA, slowly resumed starting at 6 pm tonight.

My second thought is that the recording thing doesn’t sound like anything Muslim or domestic terrorists or an FBI false flag would do.

It appears as if the AT&T building attacked had a major chunk of our first-responder communications system, so this was likely an infrastructure attack as a prelude to a larger attack.

That means an enemy state actor could have been against it, looking to causing damage, but not such loss of life as to spark a war response.

And the one enemy state we have that would do something with that kind of broadcast message approach in my mind is China.
