Citing the United States Constitution and U.S. Code, Constitutional Lawyer Ivan Raiklin says it is Vice President Mike Pence’s duty to instruct states to expeditiously send their Electoral College Certificates immediately if they have not been received. U.S.C. 12 explains that “When no certificate of vote and list mentioned in sections 9 and 11 of this title from any State shall have been received by the President of the Senate or by the Archivist of the United States by the fourth Wednesday in December, after the meeting of the electors shall have been held, the President of the Senate … shall request, by the most expeditious method available, the secretary of state of the State to send up the certificate…”

Since it appears election fraud, flipping votes between candidates, reassigning votes, replacing votes is all fine by every court, why should VP Pence not apply those the same to the counting of these votes?

If this turkey thinks sending illegitimate votes that are under current lawsuits is justified so long as they’re rushed, then what if we send children’s play money and Monopoly money rushed to the IRS in time for income tax deadlines? But only one slate of electors from each state have been sent via the Electoral College. Those are the votes that will be opened on January 6th and those are the ones which will be counted.
According to Raiklin, the Constitution allows the disputed states to be completely stricken from the Electoral College
....if Pence should refuse to accept them....
.....ergo, the number of Electoral College votes required to win would shrink dramatically from 270.
President Trump would win under a simple majority of Electoral College votes, 232-227, without any risk of triggering a contingent election.

My prediction: Free Republic for the next four years will be an endless parade of threads about the next lawsuit filed in federal court by an Orly Taitz-ish attorney with a mail-order law degree seeking to invalidate the election and return Donald Trump to the White House.
"I'm not an attorney but I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night" Freeper internet lawyers will pontificate about how this case looks really good and citing some arcane 18th Century essay on English Common Law, they'll assure us there's an excellent chance that we'll see Joe Biden removed from office, charged with treason, and sent to GITMO.
Actual Freeper attorneys will post that the case will be dismissed without comment because it's garbage. They will be derided as trolls, #NeverTrumpers, and told to go back to DU.
