Strange, NV, AZ, GA GOP pages have nothing about this. Only PA GOP has it.
electionwiz won't open fully for me but it looks like it is echoing tweets re the slated electors.

I think this simply means the GOP slate of electors voted for Trump in PA and MI.
This is relatively meaningless. Per the Constitution,
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
Imagine in 2016, if Hillary assembled the PA and MI Dem electors in some Hilton in Philly and Detroit, resp, and they voted and sent their votes to the Senate. We'd be crying foul.
Yes, I get the mammoth fraud etc. but....barring a miracle, those States' legislatures abdicated their Constitutional role by letting the Dem electors be the electors of choice. This is all symbolic, but not legally binding unless some attorney can demonstrate otherwise.

UPDATE: ARIZONA, GEORGIA, & PENNSYLVANIA have all sent COMPLETING SLATES of electors in favor of Trump/Pence.
This is in accordance with the US Constitution. Vice-President (President of Senate) has ability to make the final say on which electors to accept.
