Unfortunately, I think you are right. The NY AG and the Southern Dictrict of NY are going to indict, arrest, try and convict Trump and maybe some members of his family. Both have said they intend to try Trump for crimes as soon as he is out of office. Don't worry about what crimes; they will make up whatever is necessary from their investigations.
I'm sure the indictments have already been drawn up. They won't bother with investigations.
