I don’t think all murderers are crazy, just evil. But if these are his genuine thoughts he was obviously out of touch with reality.

After doing a bit of digging, it looks like I might have been thinking of Z13 where the only code is after the words ‘My name is.....’ that has had numerous suggestions. One of which is Alfred E. Neuman.
