What makes Cuomo think that going to a restaurant automatically results in the spread of COVID-19? Where’s the science behind that?
And. He’s gonna raise taxes to make up for lost state income as a result
No reason to care about “surges” and “spikes” in a meaningless metric.
NYC should file an amicus brief with SCOTUS.
Upstate would happily join in.
Let’s all ignore the facts that:
a. The governor has NO authority to do this whatsoever
b. Has provided NO proof that restaurants have anything to do with the spread.
c. Refused to allow vaccines to be tested on New Yorkers, then threatened to sue when Trump called him out on it.
d. And now plans to raise taxes to make up from the shortfall... caused by closing businesses in the first place.
And BTW, in before the “This is what you get for voting democrat”. Most of NY state DID NOT vote for this creep. Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx did. And until we can distance ourselves from everything east of I-87, we all have to suffer.

Doesn't really affect me as I've ignored everything the raspy-voiced fool had mandated since April ... but a lot of people are starting to get, well, antsy about being told by a politician and its cobal of unelected bureaucrats, and some are angry about being considered "non-essential" by this vile individual.
So he has room for him and his cronies.

Then RISE UP. They are doing here in REAL New York (This side of the Hudson; north of Bear Mountain).
Its what urinates me off about some poster saying this-is-what-you-get-for-voting-democrat; as if the folks actually DID vote Democrat. After everything we’ve heard about vote fraud this year (this author has been writing about it for 4 YEARS, but whatever), you’d think that ANYONE who heard a politician say we’re gonna have more lockdowns would NOT get votes from a common-sense thinking person.
But most of these poor folks have not had a chance to vote on these criminal politicians since all this #2020 started. And if the pols get their way, we won’t get a chance to.

I get just as urinated when I hear someone prattle on about “The coming 2nd Civil War” or “The 2nd Civil War is right around the corner”. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS?? The other side has no problem RAISING AN ARMY right in front of us, and we’re still talking about losing our guns in boating accidents and with any luck, “we’ll take back the house in 2022”.
Get real people, the first step to resolving a problem is to realize you have the damn problem in the first place! We’re at war. Period. California: A war is being waged against for from treasonous SOB’s in Sacramento! Illinois? you’re getting the same from Springfield via Chicago. Ditto for NY and a bunch of other states with cities that server no other purpose but to be blue vote generation centers.
Now, we wait for 9 people in black robes to tell if we get to survive in this country or not, and do our elections even mean anything? Seriously??
I’m not getting any younger, but in my opinion, we should be planning to storm statehouses and/or the District of Criminals, and correct the minds of some people using any means at our disposal. I mean, disarming us, stealing from us, then installing the lady-in-black to rule over us with an iron fist (with Chinese backing)?
We only deserve this if we do nothing about it. But someone needs to get US organized enough to DO SOMETHING. Trump has done more than enough. He and his family have taken enough arrows. I say it’s time for WE THE PEOPLE to RISE UP.
I’ve never sharpened a pitchfork. Maybe its time I learned how.

Upstate New York Albany area is getting 7800 shots. Someone should scream to Cuomo, we need 40,000, or we’ll have 40,000 deaths.
Certainly OUTDOOR dining in winter is very POPULAR in NYC ......
