If the system simply throws out what it can’t read, even if it is the fault of the machine there is no reason for those capabilities, but if there can be any reason to interpret or correct for machine error, that’s really the only way to do it.

That said, it shows double why you MUST HAVE both partisan observers to review and agree.

What it shows is we should never have installed that Dominion voting system. Kemp and Raffensperger need to be prosecuted and mailed and we need to go back to a paper ballot. All absentee ballots have to be notarized.
