I’m disappointed the Court decided not to hear the case challenging the election results in PA. This appeal filed raised important & serious legal issues, and I believe the Court had a responsibility to ensure our elections follow the law and the Constitution.

Isn’t SCOTUS waiting to deal with the Texas suit and doesn’t this suit cover the PA matter?
The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.ML/NJ@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.
That is also my understanding. The Texas case is more effective and still covers Pennsylvania.

Ok so now there is 2 cases in the SCOTUS.
I think we are out of options. What surprises me is how many high level politicians were NeverTrumps for all that time. All the Hyenas are now working together to bring a swift end to the Trump Era. In their glee,these same people don’t seem to realize that this action has mortally wounded our election process.
It’s not up to the court to save us (collectively) from ourselves.
We KNEW this election was a disaster a-comin’ for months.
We KNEW this “mail-everybody-on-Earth-a-blank-free-ballot” Krappe would backfire.
Nothing was done by The People to head off several looming disasters, election-wise.
So, now we sit in it, and cuss.
Not up to SCOTUS to save us. Elections have consequences The Big “O” said. Bad, corrupt elections have BAD consequences.

Libs love government. They eat, drink, and breath for it.
Conservatives, OTOH, see government at best as a necessary evil, and at worst a thing to be avoided at all costs.

If he doesn’t understand that it was an injunction that was denied but the case itself can still be heard, I’m not sure I would want him arguing the case in front of the SCOTUS.
Trump knew and has long ago prepared. Read his Executive Order of Sept 2018 re: election security. Our nation has been in a state of emergency ever since. That EO will tell you all you need to know. It will also explain why the Sec. of Defense has been recently fired and replaced as well as the cyber chief was fired also by Trump because of the bogus ‘election was very secure’ report he submitted.
