There was a black female who was interviewed just after her brother was shot and killed. The above was how she explained why it was criminal for her brother to be dead. It made sense to her. Philly cops take the gun. verify ballistics and them trash the gun, then give it back inoperable.

In other words, he did their job for him and they rewarded him by disarming him. Nice job guys.
