he will have forced the Democrats to agree to allow on-line video monitoring of elections precisely to the extent that the Republicans are willing to pay for it. Which would be very considerable in Atlanta, Philadelphia, etc. It should include systematic video monitoring of people entering polling places, to document pretty accurately how many people are showing up at the polls.

And meaningful restrictions on scattering ballots to the four winds in order to harvest them and mass produce Harris ballots. “Meaningful” in the sense that significant penalties would fall on the party which promoted/exploited such. What would be the point in running otherwise?

Those would be the minimum that Trump’s court challenges must extract from the system for future elections to have democratic credibility.
