Swing State Woes: Conservative Group Says They Discovered 150,000 Fraudulent Ballots

The Thomas More Society's Amistad Project on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court over the swing state's unofficial election results. The conservative group claims to have identified more than 150,000 ballots that have the potential for fraud, something they believe could have an impact on the state's declared winner.

“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results, ” Phill Kline, director of the project, said in a statement.“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law."

The lawsuit claims election officials counted ineligible ballots, failed to count ballots that should have been counted, and that a number of counting errors and irregularities allegedly took place.

A new lawsuit filed by the @ThomasMoreSoc in Wisconsin alleges that more than 150,000 ballots were illegal counted. Here's that breakdown: pic.twitter.com/rSxCuPgnGj — Beth Baumann (@eb454) November 24, 2020

One of the main issues the lawsuit brings up is voting identification laws. Under Wisconsin state law, a voter must present a valid photo ID when requesting to vote by mail. The exception to the rule is for those voters who are currently hospitalized or “indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, or infirmity.”

According to the Thomas More Society, that law was not upheld throughout the state. The exemption was interpreted to apply to those who contracted the Wuhan coronavirus. Roughly 100,000 people took advantage of that loophole, The Epoch Times reported.

As of now former Vice President Joe Biden has been dubbed the winner in Wisconsin by roughly 20,000 votes, Just the News reported. There's a recount currently taking place in Dane and Milwaukee Counties, two Democratic strongholds.

Challenge each voter who didn’t present ID. Make them document their hospitalization (etc.) or have their votes thrown out.

When Biden was captured on video boasting about their unparalleled Voter Fraud organization, it was treated as just another of Joe’s gaffe’s. It wasn’t.

Might be the only honest thing he ever said:

Joe Biden says he’s built most extensive “voter fraud” org in history

This will be thrown out of court.

Judges all over have made it clear that they are not going to throw out votes on technicalities.

We need ballots and signatures on rolls and envelopes that were ***FORGED*** on the night of Nov. 3/4 in a Dem party boiler room operation.

You and I are convinced they are there but state official are not letting anyone look at them. Georgia I’ve heard for sure.
Can’t do a thing without them.

RE: The conservative group claims to have identified more than 150,000 ballots that have the potential for fraud,

And that my friends, is the problem.... it's not that I don't believe them, it's that the courts are not going to invalidate and election over "potentials" for fraud.

Filing in the Wisconsin Supreme Court is a big mistake. They generally do not hear cases that didn't start in the lower courts. This is not an automatic dismissal (unlike in the federal system, the Wisconsin Supreme Court can hear an original case, but almost never does), but gives them an easy out if they don't want to hear it; they won't have to write an opinion or deal with the merits, they can just say "should have been filed in the Superior Court; dismissed".

So regulations which are put in place to ensure the integrity of an election are mere technicalities?

So a doctor can fail to follow the accepted procedures when treating a patient, as a result of which the patient dies, but no action is taken against the doctor as the standard procedures are mere technicalities?

Sadly, I think you are right. But I also think this is a case where the judges can be influenced by public opinion. If there is overwhelming condemnation of election fraud, then few judges would dismiss the evidence. So we must continue fighting.

I’m right because judges make it up as they go along.

An Irish railroad worker killed a man and was brought to trial before Judge Roy Bean. All the defendant’s Irish railroad buddies came to the trial armed and he was forthwith acquitted .

The Supreme Court will have thousands of Antifa waiting for a decision outside the court and their homes and business districts around the country. A technically legal decision isn’t worth it.

How many of those envelopes with signatures are even still around? I’m sure they were burned on election night.
Oh, they weren’t supposed to do that?
Oopsie!
You think ANYONE will be punished if they did that? Nope!

You really ought not to judge a book by it’s cover, nor an organization by it’s name alone (excepting of course, a descriptive name that clear conveys something meaningful).

There was absolutely no fraud by Democrats on election day, the data analysis demonstrating it is worthless and the sworn affidavits of fraud are meaningless. /S/ or whatever hasty young fools use for a sarcasm tag, nowadays.
