Joint Session Challenges to Electoral Vote Returns
While the tellers announce the results, Members may object to the returns from any individual state as they are announced. Objections to individual state returns must be made in writing by at least one Member each of the Senate and House of Representatives. If an objection meets these requirements, the joint session recesses and the two houses separate and debate the question in their respective chambers for a maximum of two hours. The two houses then vote separately to accept or reject the objection. They then reassemble in joint session, and announce the results of their respective votes. An objection to a state’s electoral vote must be approved by both houses in order for any contested votes to be excluded. The Michigan Supreme Court revealed more than one Justice dissented in it's ruling, that the dissent was one of anger and shock at the level of fraud supported by overwhelming evidence.
This dissent will be passed to lower court but it is not binding. However, neither the Courts, nor the Legislature nor the Governor are the last word. The People are the last word. They voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump and they will need to show who is master.
If the People of the states where fraud was rampant, known, and critically impactful, descend upon their US Representatives and Senators in a deluge, armed with the truth and evidence of this historical fraud, their Members of Congress will need to assess whether such deluge reflects the true Will of the People. It cannot be a mere protest, it must be a Sea of People camped upon legislators and Members of Congress locally and in the District of Columbia, so that the Will of the People is undeniable. Eighty million voters cast their vote for Donald Trump, it is up to them, not the Courts, to express their Will with such force as to cause objections to be written by Members of Congress for the January 6, 2021 Joint Session of Congress.
With a historical protest, it is written into the Constitution and into the rules of Congress that Members must vote on written objections by Members to the Senate president of the Joint Session.
If Congress will not accept certificates of the Electoral College in an amount to confirm at least 270 for a candidate, then the candidates are denied certification as President and the matter must be taken up by state delegations in the House of Representatives. Each delegation has one and only one vote. The House of Representatives will then vote for who should be the President by a majority vote of 50 state delegations.
Critical for competing electors to be selected.

We don’t know! And it is likely there are. That’s why any one of the 538 members can object and then it goes to a debate. That does still not guarantee that “right’ will prevail, but it better than an out-and-out fraud with no transparency and perhaps the “light’ being shined will carry the day.
The new Congress starts before the Joint Session of Congress.
The majority margin of Democrats in the House is razor thin.
There are twelve Democrats who receive large amounts of heat (emotion) from newly Pro-Trump constituents. Keep in mind Donald Trump gathered support from Democrat voting blocs like no other Republican in history.
It’s all about the People. Seriously, the ultimate power is in the People. It is up to them to express their Will.
That is indeed an issue at the Joint Session; far better it be resolved at the state legislature level. Of course, if the USSC finds compelling evidence of election fraud early on many dems may find the courage to do the proper thing.

In the event that the Lord decides to teach the United States a lesson for it’s debauchery and Biden is forced down our throats I predict that the left will get annihilated in the 2022 election. They can kiss the House goodbye take a beating in the Senate and get massacred at the State level. If his health is still excellent, Trump will embark on his run for re-election in 2023.
If this “fix” is allowed to continue, we will never have another honest election again. Republicans won’t win jack$hit in 2022, let alone 2024. This is the hallmark of leftist totalitarian regimes.

As I have posted a number of times, there is only one thing that could force lawmakers at any level to block certification for Biden : if federal prosecutors announced INDICTMENTS of people for a vote-rigging
operation that got Biden elected.
Indictments based on powerful evidence could not be ignored. Without that happening, we need to accept that we have Biden in the White House starting Jan 20.
Who’s going to indict them? Shouldn’t it have happened already?
