Smartmatic Denies Transfer of Technology to Dominion Voting Systems — Articles Scrubbed from Website — But Internet Archive Never Lies

Why are Smartmatic and Dominion hiding their direct ties?
Why are they scrubbing the internet of articles linking the two companies?

Smartmatic posted a tweet this week outright denying their transfer of technology to Dominion voting systems.

But there is evidence that this is completely false.

In December 2007 Smartmatic announced the sale of their Sequoia Voting Systems to Dominion Voting Systems.

Smartmatic published a press release announcing their sale Sequoia voting systems as shown in screenshot below.
Below you will find a press release from Dominion voting systems announcing their purchase of a Intellectual properties, Hardware and Software that was once owned by Smartmatic.
Here is the link to the press release PDF that is now erased from the internet but can be found by using Archive.org.

Dominion and Smartmatic have both tried to erase their ties by deleting the original press release from their websites.
Many publications linked in Wikipedia articles for Sequoia voting and Smartmatic are now erased from the internet, but you can still use Archive.org to view them as they were when they posted the article.
Many articles correlate this, many mainstream news articles also addressed Dominion purchasing Sequoia although never naming Smartmatic as the parent company owner of Sequoia.
If you try and view the Smartmatic press release in the year 2011 on Archive.org it redirects you to Dominionvoting.com which is a clear linkage between these companies.

Last week Smartmatic on Twitter and on their official website released a statement outright denying the supply of ANY TECHNOLOGY to Dominion.
This clearly proves that statement factually incorrect since IP, Hardware and Software once owned by Smartmatic has indeed changed hands to Dominion.

Other websites that also correlate Smartmatic and Dominion transferring technology include https://verifiedvoting.org/

This website seems to have been collecting information for years on all different companies and machines and allocating profiles and providing profiles of such companies as Sequoia and Dominion.
Scrolling down to the bottom of Sequoia Voting Systems page on VerfiedVoting you’ll see a manufacture profile which also states Smartmatic sold Sequoia to Dominion.
https://verifiedvoting.org/election-system/sequoia-dominion-optech-400c/

Obviously, Smartmatic is desperately trying to remove their links to Dominion.
Dominion, on the other hand, is skipping House committee hearing and lawyering up.

Do innocent companies act like this?

I keep wondering ... with these very serious accusations against Smartmatic and Dominion, why they haven't sued the Trump Team ( especially Sidney Powell ) for defamation and libel yet...

you really didn't think barack had nothing to do with this dominion fiasco, did you?  This has been a long time coming ...

Dominion Early History

Dominion Voting System Corp., was founded in Canada in 2002-2003 with an openly progressive mission – to develop electronic voting software which would not just process ballots, but also “mobilize voters” – a popular slogan of the Left.

It is not clear what products or services the company has developed. It found almost no buyers, until Obama was elected in 2008. In 2009, New York ordered a few dozens of systems from it. In 2010, Obama’s DOJ (Holder – Mueller) took the EVS unit, purchased from Diebold, away from the market leader ES&S, and gave it to Dominion. This gift included the installed base of about 30% of the US electronic voting systems (EVS) market. Within two weeks, Dominion also acquired Sequoia, which was formally spun from Smartmatic, but ties between these two companies remained. Smartmatic is a UK based EVS vendor, whose software was used by Chavez to “win” the Venezuelan referendum in 2004. Smartmatic’s unit Sequoia faced troubles in the US. Those troubles quickly ended when its assets were purchased by Dominion.

Thus, the new Democratic party created a pocket pet corporation, gave it the lion share of the US electronic voting systems market. Dominion is ideologically aligned with the Democratic Party, owes it everything it has, dependent on it for most of its business, and needs it in power to avoid prosecution for corruption. Sounds like a conflict of interest.

Remarks

This is the Agreement between Michigan & Dominion, including specs of many Dominion products (PDF, 161 pages). Wi-Fi connection and even a dial up modem are offered as an option.

Some of the companies referenced here as foreign based or foreign originating re-registered in the US.

This is yet another incompetent spook op engineered by the insidious traitors Brennan and Clapper and their felonious un-American progeny.

It has all of their fingerprints including laughable sentence parsing and the (failed) deep-sixing of the incriminating paper trail.

Who else thought it would be a double-plus-good idea to process American electoral votes in foreign countries, where spooks have free rein?

Still not sure who Sidney Powell is? Don’t think she has the goods on these election stealing scum? The first few paragraphs will answer both concerns but I urge you to read it all. This is a truly remarkable woman and we and America are lucky to have her on the right side.

Hmm. I’m beginning to think the Dominion voting machine methodology of reporting decimal numbers rather than integers (say, 1.03 for every Clinton vote to .97 for every Trump vote) in blue cities with large populations may be why Hillary was able to claim she won the popular vote. After all, it hasn’t made a difference - yet - by how big a margin she may have won in a blue state. Because excess votes in those states didn’t matter. But read my next paragraph!

And, even more ominous, Dominion software methodologies may be what’s being used to drum up ammunition to get rid of the electoral college by claiming that the popular vote does not validate its use. Thirteen states so far, after all, have pledged their electors to winners of the national popular vote - as soon as there are enough participating in the agreement - to reach 270 electoral votes!

Can any freeper think of any legitimate reason for any election voting system to store candidate vote totals as anything other than positive integers? I can't. Election voting systems that store vote totals as decimals instantly raises a red flag ("fraud alert, fraud alert").

I think some of these states just switched to dominion machines this year and at the same time, changed the rules to allow mail-in ballots to be sent out by the millions and had voting and/or ballots counting dates extended. Of course they didn’t do this through legislation as per the constitution, rather the governors, SOSs, AGs and judges made the rule changes which is unconstitutional.

It’s all been a banana republic operation, right down to the machines that are typically used in banana republics like Venezuela and Argentina.
