Forget the Germans for destroying evidence. Our intelligence people are the kings of “losing” things like thousands of key emails, and even the second tourist 8mm home movie film of JFK being hit by bullets. Not the Zapruder viewpoint angle. The man sued for the fortune he lost when Life or others would have paid him for the film. “Lost” his one and only copy. Gee, what a shame./s
Trump’s team is doing a good job showing a crime has been committed, but like any case, while the exact weapon used in the crime is being revealed - in particular we need to know WHO committed the crime. It seems to be a big conspiracy, and large groups need coordination and leadership.
We are at war - it’s possible mil won’t tell her, still assets in country etc.
I think it might be that they seized a server but they don’t know if someone else was there first, swapped it physically or just the data on it with tainted evidence. So they have to forensically examine it before they can say they have it.
If they announce they seized it before exam, and it has tainted data, it can corrupt their evidence against the big steal.
Why the hell should any guys, good or bad, have the server in Germany? Votes cast in American elections should be counted in America.
Confirmed today by Sidney Powell the good guys got the server from Frankfurt. You concern trolls just can’t seem to believe or like any good news at all. Almost as if your goal is to dispirit Trump’s supporters by dismissing any and all evidence of fraud. Sorry but your attempts will not work.

It’s not rumor at all. Several of Trump’s people have now confirmed including Powell earlier this morning on Beck’s radio show. Please start paying attention to what’s happening so you don’t post BS that makes you look like an uninformed boob like so many others here who just cannot accept any good news at all.

Well, the even more relevant question is this -— Is this so called raid and the server even related to the current voter fraud issue? Or is it about something else?

If they really had it then the person prosecuting the Dominion case would probably have that information in hand and not have to hear about it through the rumor mill.
It was during her interview on the Glenn Beck Show. Go do your own research and find it yourself. I suspect that no matter how much evidence is presented for it being true, people like you will never accept any of it so I’m not wasting my time doing research for you. If your interested find it for yourself, like I and many others do.

2) Please do not be unfair to the posters in this thread ( including me ). The fact that they/we come to FR means that THEY/WE WANT TO BE INFORMED. That they/we cannot go everywhere and every website to garner the information IS NOT THEIR/OUR FAULT. They/We come to FR precisely so that folks like you who happen to come upon the better and latest information can inform them/us, not insult them/us.
So please, if you have the link to the source of what Sidney Powell said, post it here.
Just a guess, but I'm thinking the people you've mentioned (and I think we would name many of the same ones) either get a better "rush" out of being (and spreading) misery .... or better pay.

I don’t know what you have to be so easily annoyed at a RELEVANT and PERTINENT question. I don’t go to the Glenn Beck show all the time. I listened to Rush Limbaugh, NewsMax, Lou Dobbs, etc. and all I got was Sidney Powell saying that she did not know if the good guys or the bad guys have it.
I first heard this info that she now said the good guys have it FROM THIS THREAD, FROM YOU. To which I am grateful, and which I will check.
This *is* part of doing research. You an be proud of being the first to provide the information here, but why are you so hard on people who simply ask a relevant question? Not every important data can be gleaned immediately.

Ok folks, this is Gateway Pundit & I realize a lot of people take them with a grain (or maybe 10lbs) of salt, but THIS makes sense ... Louie Gohmert pulled a thread, but here is more likely what really happened & it makes sense to me. Haspell & Wray were left out of intelligence meetings just before this event ‘happened’ (if it did & I think it did). After what has been going on the last 4 years (and prior), would it surprise you if the CIA was involved in the coup via election fraud? If this is going on, I can see why Trump is talking to/updating his lawyers .......... explains also why Sidney keeps emphasizing how huge/deep this election fraud really is.

The ‘red meat’ of the matter (excerpt):
The U.S. Army did not conduct a raid in Germany on either Sctyl or Dominion offices or servers. They are foreign nationals and we must operate in accordance with German law. Moreover, the U.S. Army does not have law enforcement powers with respect to such entities.
So what happened? I am reliably informed that a unit under the command of USEUCOM (i.e., United States European Command) did in fact conduct an operation to take control of computer servers. But these servers belong to the CIA, not Dominion or Sctyl. The U.S. military has full authority to do this because any CIA activity in the European theater is being conducted using military cover. In other words, CIA officers would be identified to the German government (and anyone else asking) as military employees or consultants.
Such an operation would have been carried out with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence. That means that the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice through US Attorneys and can be used in court or other judicial proceedings.
This is not the first time that a military unit attached to EUCOM has compelled a CIA computer facility to hand over evidence. A dear friend of mine (a retired DEA officer) told me about an incident where he entered a CIA facility in Frankfurt backed up by the US Army to get info the CIA was withholding (this took place in the 1980s).
I also have confirmed what Jim Hoft reported the other night–the CIA’s Gina Haspel was not informed in advance of this operation. Based on this fact, I think it is correct that action was taken in Germany on territory under U.S. control and that a CIA facility was targeted.
I also have learned that FBI Director Christopher Wray was excluded from this operation. Wray, more than Haspel, has been working aggressively to undermine and sabotage Donald Trump. This means that some other U.S. law enforcement agency (e.g., US Marshals, DEA, Secret Service, etc) had the lead in collecting the evidence.
I thought a few days ago she said the Army took it?
