Could the BIG reason why Biden reportedly doesn’t want Trump investigated after he leaves office be because Trump could use “discovery” to reveal all sort of things about Sleepy Joe, Hunter, and all the lying they have in their background? I seem to remember Mark Levin mentioning this on more than one occasion when Mark said he’d welcome Media Matters suing him (for whatever reason they might) - because Mark would unleash “discovery” on Media Matters and that they’d live to regret that.

I think I can sense the first attempt at a quid pro quo. Biden won’t pursue Trump if Trump gets congress to lay of the Biden crime family. I think Bite Me is in far greater danger that President Trump could ever be.
