Ballots received after 8pm in PA have been segregated as ordered by SCOTUS.
That is flat out not true. They did not start to segregate ballots until Friday after the SCOTUS reasserted itself and issued the order. PA AG is now claiming it is only a small number of ballots. The SCOTUS is not going to invalidate the entire PS election unless it can be proved before hand.

The Republican PA legislature has total discretion on which slate of electors they send to DC.
They just need to do their patriotic duty and send Republican electors to DC, and it will not matter which court says what.
