I read somewhere it is said that DHS uses special paper for ballots which has invisible watermarks ? Is that true? I wish it was true
Captain Midnight viewers from the 1950s (me) with decoder badges (mine is lost) can read the watermark code though it is invisible to others.
It’s possible that the business which printed up ballots followed DHS guidelines and printed ballots with a watermark. That way, if ballots showed up without a watermark, investigators would know they were counterfeit.
@Lee25 QFS Blockchain encryption watermark, according to Dr. P or whatever (former assistant SoS) on Alex Jones.
All ballots come from DHS and printed on special paper with specific stock and weight. In addition, only 6 printers are authorized to print ballots. Each ballot has a set of origination marks on the ballot thatties the ballot to a specific printer. If a ballot does not have this mark, it is a fraudulent ballot.
Yes it’s supported by hard evidence.
Whether or not it emerges into the conflict remains to be seen.
Also, watermarks are easy to duplicate. But there are reports the paper stock provided by DHS had hidden security features.
We’ll see what happens but yes, it’s real.
