Bibi should have known better than to do this. He just went through a grueling election campaign himself. If Bibi had been defeated by fraud you can bet that Trump would not have congratulated his opponent until all ballots were legitimately certified after a full investigations.

In a hundred courtrooms nationwide, or hundreds, this election is going to be litigated. A thousand points will be argued adnauseum. The judges will each render a verdict in each case. Obama appointed judges will almost all rule for Biden. My guess is half of George Bush appointees will vote for Biden.
Then, all will appeal. Then it all lands on the Supreme Courts desk. For Netanyahu to PRESUME that he knows what the Supreme Court of the US will decide, when only God himself knows, is the ultimate stab in the back to his former supporter, Donald Trump.
