The special House election is not a single vote of the entire House. Each of the 50 states gets one vote based on how their House delegations are split between Democrats and Republicans. And even though the Democrats have a wide margin in the overall House, Republican House members outnumber Democrats in at least 26 of the 50 states.

Spanberger said don’t talk about defunding the police or socialism. Left unsaid is the Democrat plan to defund the police, vote for Medicare for all, (socialism) increase taxes, send American businesses and jobs overseas, cripple the oil and gas industry so America is no longer energy independent, rejoin global organizations that deplete the American treasury and restart the massive copycat Soviet like spying on citizens as Obama and Biden did during their 8 years in office.

The Dems’ House margin is much smaller now. GOP was slated to lose up to 20 seat. It defended every one and picked up at least six thus far.

Which of course are exactly the talking points Clyburn defended on every media outlet. He and Spanberger just don’t want to “mention them ever” again. But they are avidly for those very things
