I think I understand. These state suits that are getting shut down demonstrate real problems and also demonstrate that no local relief is forthcoming. Hell this judge came right out and said that it would now be too late to remedy what’s being complained about. If you demonstrate that the ballot pools of several crucial states have been spoiled by a corrupted election, off to the House of Representatives we go—for the fourth time in our history. That’s a Trump victory. There’s a point past which the democrats will have thrown away their last chance to be reasonable.
This could be really entertaining. I should review my disputed election civics and lay in a supply of popcorn.
‘Cocaine Mitch’ as you rudely call him, has assured conservatives that his Senate will ‘clear the slate’ of Judges before the next Congress.
What that means is there will be NO Judges left for a new POTUS to appoint should Trump not get a second term.
We are very lucky the Turtle is there running the Senate.

Why is the WH so optimistic about Trump winning, when all I see is us losing in the courts! Even the courts system is corrupt.
After the 4AM Biden ballot dump, hindrance of poll watchers, post office supervisor allowing (or ordering) back dating of ballots, the word valid in that statement is laughable (in a dark sort of way).
