Please post your voting experience for fellow Freepers through out the day and yes post your prayers. We want to know where you are and what you are seeing. Trump voters are proud to tell everyone who they are voting for so ask them why they’re voting for Trump. Rumors are flying about violence at polling centers. Be alert and on your guard.

Yup. If Democrats don’t want him, why should the rest of us?

So did we. One of our two took her four children with her when she voted this morning and the other voted early because he is chief judge at his precinct today.

“Romney was...well, the 2012 equivalent of what Biden is for the Dims this year.”

Still, comparing even RINO Romney to the incumbent Muslim/Marxist, it was stunning watching the election returns come in.

I truly thought the Obamacare architect was toast that year.

I think this election is like 1996

An old out of touch has been of the party against an opponent with a strong economy and a sitting president that is very popular WITHIN his own party. True, Republicans passionately hated Clinton, but that wasn’t enough.

Worker says voters can fill out a ballot and they will scan it later when the machines are back up

Sure they will

We just got a call from RUSSIA!! Our “Smart Call Blocker” (came with AT&T phone) kept it from coming through (7-852-464-2275). I’m sure the number is spoofed, but when I googled it, all the results were in Russian. The country code is ‘7’ which is for Russia. Are those rascally Russians trying to interfere in our election on behalf of Trump again ... hmmmmm?? /s

Yeah. My hopeful prayer is that in the coming weeks we will hear the word “enthusiasm” a lot. It is entirely predictable that the navel gazers in the media (the few honest ones who are left) will point to this one word to explain how/why they were so wrong.

Clinton had oodles of enthusiasm, especially among women voters, compared to Biden. She also had some of the shine with Obama voters and that is dead now too. To me, the Clinton campaign was far more formidable than the Biden campaign. They will also try to blame Covid, but that one makes me laugh because THEY are the ones who created the Covid factor in the election with shut-downs.

Not that Biden is worthy to shine Bob Dole’s shoes, but it does have that feel of back in 96, when we knew Bob had no shot. That has to be how most Democrats feel. Clinton may have been vulnerable, but Dole wasn’t the guy who could beat him.

Thank you! I just got on the forum and went to the end of the thread. Still getting updated.

I just got back from voting here in NC in Alexander county. There were only a handful voting while we were there. A LOT of people at Trump’s rally were speaking to each other about how they had already voted, so a lot of R’s have voted early.

Speaking of robocalls, as a joke my sister called Mom in NY this morning and disguised her voice. She said she was calling from the Biden campaign, and they wanted to know if they could count on her vote.

Mom went off on her. “Not going to vote for a socialist! Not going to vote for a communist! Don’t ever call me again!”, etc. She kept spouting off until she heard my sister say, “Mom, it’s me. It’s me.”

70 degrees and sunny here. Gonna be that way for the next several days though so that’s good. Not sure about tomorrow either though since we might not have an answer tonight.

That is a good comparison. The only difference is Dole was a way more honorable and better candidate than Biden.

“Why would you think there wouldn’t be?” (POTUS Trump Inauguration.)

~~~~~~~
Because he’s already President.
======
As POTUS often says, "Ay yi yi!
🙄🙃
You didn't answer, before....so, I'll ask, again....You DO remember when Reagan, Slick Willie and W Bush all had their 2nd term Inauguration's, right?
And, guess what? They were ALREADY President!
You know, these counties should have backup vote equipment, or quick response teams to bring extra units online. If they can’t plan for equipment failure, that’s on the county.
It seems like extending voting hours for only 4 counties would violate the equal protection clause, much like Gore only wanting recounts in select counties in FL instead of the whole state.
